Liz (Behlke) Georges is Encompass' newest buyer's agent! Liz is a proud Iowa City native, hailing from the far east side. She is not only a City High Alum, but a University of Iowa Alum as well. There she graduated with a degree in English and certificates in Writing and Sustainability. In fact, she is even a published author. Liz began her real estate career as a single agent in January 2021 and has immensely enjoyed building new and nurturing old relationships through her work. She started collaborating with Nic and Channing in January of 2022 and truly feels that she shines best with a team rather than working on her own. Liz has a passion for representing buyers because their excitement, hope, and determination get her buzzing, and she brings the energy to match. Her top priority is ensuring her clients find a home they love, and have fun while finding it!

In her free time, Liz lays low with her husband Matt, their greyhound Finn, and their cat, Chili. She is happy to cater to their every need - husband included! Together, Liz and Matt run the best breakfast stand in town: Griddle Me This! You will find them on Saturdays at the Iowa City Farmers Market slinging mouth-watering pancakes and omelets.
