I’ve always wanted to help people make good decisions in life. At an early age I wanted to be a sports agent. I’ve cared about helping people reach their dreams and after I was finally able to call myself a full-time real estate agent, I realized I could still do that. I want to be your friend, but more than that, I want to be your trusted advisor. I can promise to do everything I can to help you go wherever you want to go. I want to go there with you.
There are many professions out there to choose from but there aren’t many where working with people and businesses allows me to watch them grow while I grow with them. Let’s build our dreams together!

I grew up in Cedar Rapids and went to Kennedy High School and was very involved in sports. Due to injuries and a general lack of God given talent, I ended up being a better fan and teammate than a player.
I’m married to my beautiful wife, Samantha Gulick, who is a supervisor at GEICO in Coralville and an absolute corporate-ladder climbing beast. I get the corporate training without having to actually immerse myself in it. Sam and I co-captain a softball team in the summer and fall, which is sometimes the only time we get together with our crazy schedules.
We have a beautiful baby girl, Emery Jacqueline, that loves helping her papa on a daily basis and will soon be the youngest real estate mogul ever! We also have three fur babies at home: a Beagle named Derek Jeter, a Chihuahua named Charles Xavier, and a Black Lab named Robinson Cano. It feels like a zoo some days but I love them.
Lastly, I’m a huge Yankees fan, which might be obvious to some with my dog’s names. I genuinely love the game of baseball, but I also love football and basketball and dabble in hockey and tennis.

I graduated from the University of Iowa with my degree in Economics and Entrepreneurial Management in December 2014. I spent five years prior to that working in cellular retail sales with Sprint in the Coralville area. While trying to advance in that arena, I learned that a corporate environment required a good deal of conforming. I enjoy being myself and had I stayed there, I wouldn’t have been allowed to do that.
