"I couldn’t recommend Encompass Real Estate Group more. Nic is extremely professional. He helped with our first home purchase, and was there as an advocate every step of the way. He explained every decisional pathway, and gave great advice for every request. Upon going back into the land purchase market this year, I reached out to Encompass and couldn’t be happier."

"Working with this company was an amazing experience! Channing Smith was our realtor, and he was attentive, flexible, and always willing to answer our questions. He’s very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home, helping you find any major possible problems. Would buy/sell a house from them again in the future."

"Nic and the team at Encompass couldn’t have made the home buying process easier for us. We were supported and informed the whole way through, and they made sure we found the perfect place for our personal needs and wants. They also referred us to great local service providers for everything, from inspections to mortgage lenders. 10/10 experience."

"I recently worked with the Encompass Group as a lender on a transaction. The property was an acreage in need of a new septic system and the closing timeframe was under 30 days, so I was bracing myself for a difficult and stressful transaction. In actuality, the closing process was as smooth as anything I’ve ever experienced. Nic Gulick and Channing Smith were both incredibly knowledgeable about every detail and their communication was consistent, helpful, and organized. Also, their transaction coordinator did an excellent job and was on top of every moving part and piece of paperwork needed. Working with the Encompass Group was an awesome experience and I cannot wait to have another transaction with their team. It’s very clear they’re incredibly skilled in representing both buyers and sellers and the processes and communication they have in place are top notch. Any buyer or seller will receive top tier expertise and service if they use Encompass Group to buy or sell their home."

"We highly recommend Nic Gulick at Encompass Real Estate Group!!! He streamlined the entire process, going above and beyond by inspecting crawlspaces and attics to ensure we fully understood our potential investment. Nic conducted thorough research, presenting us with valuable data and statistics. His hard work and dedication, along with his team’s support, made our transition into a new home incredibly smooth. Having bought and sold homes before, we can confidently say that Nic stands out for his exceptional preparedness, prompt responsiveness, and genuine care for his clients. We must admit, we’re impressed!"

"It’s not very often that I get the opportunity to work with agents that are as organized, if not more so, than myself and want my TC services rather than need my TC services. This just so happens to be the case with the agents of Encompass Real Estate Group. I am beyond honored and grateful that these agents have allowed me to become a part of their group and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell within the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area. I promise, you will know what’s going on every step of the way. Now if I can just get them to come to the Des Moines and Ames areas."

"Nick and Channing supported us with navigating through both the purchasing and then subsequently selling of our property two years later. From helping us get the initial utilities connected to identifying contractors when small problems occurred during our ownership, Nick and Channing were readily available to provide support. They also kept us up to date on community activities and their volunteer actions in Iowa City, including helping others with snow removal during the winter. If you are buying or selling your home or other property, I highly recommend Nick, Channing, and Encompass Real Estate tor your real estate needs."
